Friends I have lost money in Godrej Properties & DB Realtors, hence i will never apply in issues above Rs 400 premium. Now i advise every body to sell ARSS Infra on listing or else it will go below Rs 450/-

I know its give good return on the listing day
but I am confuse with the future
shall i keep this stock in my portfolio for the one or two month for getting good return or sell it on the listing day

please guide me with logic

2. it has left good amt in table for retail investors

3. its valuations are very attaractive when compared with peers.

4. retail portion also got hugely oversubscibed in recent years.

Addition of 1000 km new lines in one year


Since 1956 railways added on an average of 180 route km per year to take 53,596 km of railway connectivity to 64015 km, which is dismal compared to global average. The government has realized this now and is taking positive steps by planning to complete 1000 kms new lines in next one year. The government has taken more aggressive steps by setting a target of 25,000 km new lines over next 10 years. This is expected to benefit all the railway companies in general and Kalindee Rail and ARSS infrastructure in particular.

Guys, there are various mis leading messages who predict listing between 750 - 1000. And there is no concrete reason behind it,its better you just stop this malicious and misleading activity...just shutup and watch the listing...

is this the one we have not seen for many years now that is double in first day itself if it happens not surprising at all.......

i am expecting a blockbuster listing , surely 1000+ ...,

Listing to go above 750+.GOVT alraedy have given tax exemption from 1 lakh to 1.20 lakh to invest in infra bonds. giving huge oppurtunities in infra sector. ARSS have already a great positive news before its listing and there will be more investment in infra sector in time to come.

386 Neha, the allotment is computerized and is not manual.So it really doesn't matter whether there are 100 or 100K applications.
If you remember, SEBI has taken an initiative to bring down the time span between IPO closing to listing to just one week.Karvy and Intime are going in the right direction but Bigshareonline is loosing out.
