Anyone know about PNB ASBA allow third party application

@jay here, do we get to know if someone's application is not accepted due to third party ASBA? Like would there be a reason or anything to spot a difference in the mails for application/refund due to third party application ?

I never experienced that as I never apply 3rd party applications. The reason for not applying is implied rules by sebi but registrars still accept sometimes.
I heard people saying that registrars mention 'rejected for technical reasons' in the column of status in the received mail. I Cant confirm though.

went through RHP. I dont trust extra ordinary H1 numbers (Receivables also doubled compare to March 2022). Between FY 2020 to FY 2022, sales has decreased. doing business with thin 3-4% EBIDTA margin. very high debt with debt / EBIDTA of ~6. Least they could have done is to keep valuation super cheap to attract investors which also they did not do with 33 p/e.

Overall total avoid for me. I dont know what will happen on listing because of SME euphoria, but ideally these kinda IPOs should sink so that people learn to not apply blindly.

On a side note, Trident Lifeline published very strong quarterly results today. Likely to see a good breakout and upswing tomorrow onwards. Long due for a good company with good promoters… their other listed company Trident Texofab also posted excellent results and hit IC today.

In my VIEW this is very risky stock, due to AGROCHEMCAL and a PE ratio of 50+ on 31st march'22 earning.

they are expecting 5 crore profit on 26 crore turnover by Mar'23, which is not realistic. I don't think they can make more than 3 ~ 3.5 crore profit by Mar'23

So, PE ratio will be quite high and so far AGROCHEMICAL Companies are not doing well.

If public go crazy due to no other IPO to invest....than it subscribe nearly 100 times than I will apply, orelse this time, I will say NO THANQ to ARISTO BIO TECH and will see on LISTING.

Well, if anyone wants to know how much allotment precisely you would get once the subscription closes on the 19th Jan and before the allotment happens, tell me how many lots you have applied for, and I will tell you whether you will get allotment or not. Or stand any chance of getting.

@vineet bansal you need to select wrong exucate order option in score with exchange name NSE or bse where your trade happened.you need to select Rksv securities in broker name and third you need to select option that your case not against compny.after it your case register in score and they send you email and call to you.then they ask for contract note both side sell and buy.you can mail them...

Basis of Allotment depends on subscriptions of IPO. It's only mathamatical calculation on how many times it subscribed. Subscription depends on people 's mind, Market, quality & fanciness of the Company and availability of money in one's pocket.

yes typo...instead of bn i put bf........yes i mostly trade in nifty and bank nifty...rarely in stock options.....very rarely in stocks on intraday......stocks i take delivery and keep for some time, 5% loss or 10% gain....can call it swing trading.

High indebtedness. Less adequate insurance coverage. Highly dependent on top 10 customers. No long term contract with customers and material suppliers. Discrepancies and non-compliance in corporate records.

Which broker allows to sell shares from minor account?
I have seen comments of many forum members that they are having minor accounts.
If shares are allotted in minor account, is it possible to sell them on listing day?
