Applied 3 retail here... planning to apply more but hdfc cut off time was 1500 hrs for SME ipo (come to know this today only as cut off time for mainboard ipo retail app is 1600 hrs ).

Correct me if i am wrong :

Company has issue size of 20.24 cr.
Company has debt of 38×× lacs as per march 2023. (Debt of 38 cr > total issue size 20 cr)
And still gmp near 25%, based on what gmp calculated?

Still people blindly applying.

As the issue is undersubscribed, 2 options are there. Either to call of the IPO or to extend the dates for few more days with reduced price bands.
