@rsk, Thanks for sharing some known information about company...

Though automation (pneumatic / hydraulic / electric actuated valves) is highly taking place to reduce manpower requirements / increase process efficiency etc., I still believe these manual valves will find its place especially low cost projects, so I don't see any immediate threat to this manual valve sector in industrial applications.

What more worrying me is: Last three years top line, bottom line both are almost stagnant and I checked RHP and facility capacity utilization is already 70 ~ 80%, we don't see any drastic growth in the company from here, unless they expand the capacities.

This company looks genuine with proper manufacturing setup (ex.: same like SkP bearings)

whats your thought about current business of the company , is it sustainable for coming years?

and sales is national only or have export sales also.

SME (Small & Med enter) listing has certain criteria for listing. (Can be seen at NSE)
Yes can list in discount, Typically offer less shares so can be manipulated easily, very few genuine sincere companies.
Veeka Fashion > should be good at 42, as swaraj also trades in same range, However, one big XXXX lots application investor is stuck (no bulk trades seen from him) unless he exits ..............

When I said can list in discount, does not mean this IPO will, it may or may not.

In general beware of words like "Clean" Green" "Life science" "Carbon Credits" "Green Hydrogen" in the name, Zoom in and see what it does.

I never give opinion to subscribe or not. This time for this company from my sources, it's a good Company. Good export potential and manufacturing and not a trading one. Not a big issue. One can think to subscribe to the issue with personal capacity and knowledge.

This one has less float and seems genuine with financial numbers, should list around 50-60%

In SME IPOs, in NII, allotment is on lottery basis like Mainboard
or on proportionate basis (in multiples of lot size)?

All figures are reasonably looking good, nothing seems to be cooked up. Unlike other sme ipos here turnover is also from exports which is more genuine. This one is un doubtly best amongst other four ipos. Even post holding of promoter is 72 % along with reasonable NAV. Must apply without fear

Chairman (Father of promotors) stays in ~10Cr apartment, Palladium.
Kedar Jadhav Ex cricketer/CSK IPL also stay there.
Promotors do not have any education/training/experience in Mech Engineering.
BTW: Gate/Butterfly Valves now a days are mostly Pneumatic

Now a days not sure if B com in Gujarat includes education on Drug formulations etc. (Mumkin hai?!! There are 2 SME IPOs running now, so called pharma)
Fly by night SMEs from One state should ring warning bells
