Ambo Agri is primarily a Biscuit manufacturing company.
It is outsourcing other products for Marketing (Edible Oils, Vanaspati, Bengali Speciality Products, trading of Crude Linseed Oil, and Soyabean Meal).
Company is doing business since 1994 but annual profit is hardly 1 crore or less.
As usual window dressing of financials before ipo.

Healthy Life Agritec's same 2 same LM & Registrar. Same issue size 10 crore. Same Market Maker Nikunj Stock broker. Same stock exchange BSE. Shame listing.
Healthy Life Agritec listed @ 11% discount. Trading @ 30% discount. HL's financials was also very well.
