This is too much of a confidence , The chance per application is appx. 1/5. In spectrum I too got both in my 2x 7 lot application.

Any sme hospital stock not do well in past. All are available at half of issue price

@lokes  those who holding.. can you suggest if we should exit at the next LC or hold ?

@PBRGV  due to big issue size and bad listing and as per current sentiments, it doesn't look like circuit will open on monday......there is no buying in bulk deal other than one firm and his earlier recent preopen investments are still suffering like USK and spectrum......it may take little longer but it should recover in some weeks or month etc in my view....so either you can try to book loss at LC or whenever LC opens or other option is you can try to add 1 more lot to average at lower price after 1-2 more LC and then you may sell once it bounce back.....like in spectrum/kore it is getting some strength now....

@arvindarvind I understand the pain one will have by destroying wealth from the acts of others but we should learn some lesson from these two episodes currently that fundamental doesn't work in short term and we all are short term investor by applying our surplus money in ipo to gain at least 12% p.a. but now be care full in future

Further If you go through BOA it is clearly visible that appx 6 to 7 lakh shares were allotted to 8 to 12 applicants and they are none other then entitity who sold application on interest and they are not concern with rate of shares . The only purpose of them to square up the deal with LM or promoter or operators and collect difference they don't marry with shares ...... samazdar ko ishara hi kafi hai,,,,

sometimes such type of deal list the shares on bumper side as we saw in past .......

Looking to subscription figure of Pantagon still again there is a charm in the SME.

very bad listing than expectations.....it is looking like well planned thing from operators/grey dealers etc and they had ruined again a good script like did with spectrum .....i have sold both my allotted lots in preopen due to bad listing as no idea how long it will take to recover from now in short term.....i may buy later once dust settles for long term...
So lesson learned is that in average companies (big issues size, no/lesser qib quota, lesser gmp, avergage/new LM) then better to sell in grey if having access then apply else better not to apply....

@IPOJoker may be it is window dressed but many other sme's still perform better with such 27PE or higher valuations, here it surely looks some operator game.
​@Learner Raju  i have sold my chaman metallics long back, after that not tracking much, recently someone bought big quantity in this...it looks strong fundamentally but was not performing as per expectations, better to hold it as its showing good strength from 1-2 months....

@IPOJoker  They did mention in RHP - Our trade receivables days for the period ended December 31, 2022 were 282. We estimate our trade receivables days to be 143 for the financial year ended 2023-24 based on increased revenue of operations and better credit management policies ensuring timely recovery of dues.

Seems they look forward to address the same.
Way price was moving in Pre-Open does indicate operator activity only.

UC in spectrum.
Still those who were left they can sell & exit in spectrum.

Is it risky to hold spectrum talent now?

In short term it looks difficult to cross 150-155 level.
UC is not sustaining due to large 100 crore issue size.
Better to exit and book loss as more and more opportunities are coming in main board IPOs.

Rarely alloted sme upo that also listed in loss. Good subscription active gmp of 18% then also bad listing. Sab zhol hai. Experts please guide shall i book loss or hold.

Such things not for credit atleast @IPO guro . Its not about 2 days with both side +/- .
Its all about greedy promotors & operators who trapped innocent retailers , Hnis who attracts with eye-catching subscription Figure and applied.

@PBRGV Ravi ji buys when the LC is about to open..... I don't see him buying on LC on other days ...he buys when he sees enough buying on LC.... He may buy on pre-open or after pre open thinking the LC will open and not when the LC is so stacked up
There is value to his money too....he won't put money now, knowing there is no chance of LC opening today.....

Agree and sounds logical.. I am learning these aspects (though at a huge cost of Spectrum and Aatmaj losses).
Experts - do you think we should exit at the next LC on Monday? Or better to hold .. i think this had Spectrum fear (valuation and fundamental looks okay)?

Really didnot expect this discount listing from this hospital company. As advised by all the leading IPO. Friends of this website, we must be very careful with medium rated companies and LMs, unless for very long term. Recent sme ipos have taught us a lesson that sme ipos are NOT lotteries, but there is equal risk in the investment.

Avoid all ipo above 20 PE as isme uper Wale mai yahi hota hai.. discount deal

Bad listing against expected positive listing. Actually GMP was going down and down after the closure of the issue.
Not expected from Gujarat company to list in negative and there after lower circuit. Specially small investors applying for listing gain have suffered a sat back. Generally in SMEs small investors apply for listing gains only.
I had also applied and thank God for not giving me my first ever allotment.

@PKRAJ Thanks for your views on me. I once again alert everyone in this forum that apply only in SME if u have earned and made corpus of profit for bearing unpredicted loss . Sir we have made handsome amount and can bear the loss and actually do not want to stuck the amount and watching regularly .. so I still suggest apply only where is S2 rate appx above 50k. Reat you are more experience then me,

33x Oversubscribed IPO lists in discount. I have not seen this in 21 years of my investment history Anyone with long experience in primary markets through some light on this. This is why I am weary of these Gujarat based companies.

After taking a big hit in Moxsh avoided all such issues till date.

Moxsh and Itcons were there at the back of my mind also , moxsh was overprised and carried an avoid rating . Itcons was my first genuine loss at SME. But now everything is listing in Discount. It seems Primary market is deeply bearish in the middle of Hugely Bullish secondary market , making new lifetime high everyday.

Heard that this is a charity hospital. The intention of serving people is great but can't expect shareholder returns in that case. Exited all my lots with a loss here.

How to exit from this 😢

@IPObuddy wait for the lower circuit to open and book the loss. Can't expect a charity hospital to do wonders. Learn from your mistake, accept the loss and move on. Losses can be recovered from good IPOs coming ahead.

I couldn't sell my alloted shares in icici direct account ... Do you think it will ever come to issue price 60.. how much low it could go in coming days if I keep 50..40...30...

Peoples are spooked after spectrum listing. With oversubscription and people only for listing gain here, no one would have saved this script. Every one greedy and no one fearful. Hold it for long. Let LM and MM operate the field. Wait for the results. Then decide to sell or hold. In SME, there are always chances of capital becoming 10X or zero, both.
The hospital seems ok (seen pictures on Google photos), also does not look like a charity hospital as pointed by a CG member.
Hospital sector will do good and with risky health costs, competitions with small clinics and hospitals will die out eventually. It (Jupiter) will aquire others or get aquired. Future is bright anyway.
So Mr. Agarwal, if you don't need money immediately then you may try your luck by holding it. You may also recover your losses.
Chance of circuit opening is on Monday.
(Disclaimer: I applied 2 lot but did not get it. I may buy it in future.not buying now due to lack of funds).
