Right..I myself have burnt hands by applying sme ipos..They don't work on fundamentals. Only operators game..

Experts please advise, is this worth taking risk if funds are available..?

sme dont work on fundamentals. check similar award winning companies like cadsys or debt free acewin agritech .lead manager is new .it is still very risky

AAA- A debt free, constantly Dividend paying company belonging to very demanding sector and business module.
Also very reasonably priced IPO.
I will definitely apply.
But ,
As it's a Sme IPO and in SME, fundamentals is not at all necessarily work (Specially since last four years) also a big amount is on stake so only heavy risk taker can apply after own research.

I am confused about the name of Director Mr. Venugopal Madanlal Choot. Is it the same fellow who involved deepak kichar episode of videocon or he is other fellow? Please update.

Fundamentals good. Pricing is good.
But issue size is big so selling pressure emerge on listing day on emerge platform.

Seems good sme ipo after a long time.
