My Queries are about Switching from Sharekhan to others who might allowing to link multiple bank accounts to one DP and Tranding Account.

I am currently with Sharekhan for DEMAT and trading. If I want to terminate and switch to some other DP and trading Provider, do I have to open the account with the another provider first OR is there a SWITCH application (Like in western Countries UK and USA)

Also, is it allowed to have linking more than one Bank Account with DP provider (such as Sharekhan) so that I can transfer money to equity from and to from multiple bank account. Currently my Sharekhan is linked to one bank account and I am not getting answer or response from Customer Service or from anywhere. It is not showing up as an option to change bank account detail ONLINE, so far as I know. Very bad service from Sharekhan.

Now a days i am Not getting any allotment in ipo since 5 years using sharekhan dmat ac

I am trying to do my KYC as my account has been locked and submitted all requested documents to the concerned person twice but still, I am not getting any positive reply.
Very Very poor service they are providing to customers...
I have also written a couple of emails to customer support but not a single reply from them.

Very bad service from it not any support at all I mailed to share khan for my concerns three time but no reply till now.

Brokerage charges are very high as compared to others, they say we are full service broker. but unfortunately i didnt find any fullservice. very poor service. on the name of brokerage they fool us. dont open account in sharekhan.

Yes, I too realise the same. Their brokerage is too high in comparison to others. They r not that cooperative also. Can we shift our demat account to some other ?

I am an account holder with SHAREKHAN for the last 12 years and I have been trading on their platform. I do trading daily in very high quantity and I am very unhappy with their service. Over the years, SHAREKHAN has changed and now the customer experience has turned worse. During the market hours, their platform doesnt work properly, there are regular and repetitive issues with their app & website and they dont take any accountability of these issues. Due to these issues, I had suffered losses multiple times and SHAREKHAN has never taken accountability of them. Morever, their brokerage is high, a lousy customer service team and worst technical infrasturcture. I have faced many issues in money withdrawals where my money has gone to some other account and it took me days to get back the money into my account. I am now switching out from SHAREKHAN and will not advice anyone to open account with SHAREKHAN.

I completely agree with you...I have seen this too...In Mumbai they have shut office everywhere and they don't even reply properly on phone...We tell them something then they say kar do complaint jisko bhi karna hai ...seriously a disastrous broker

Sharekhan services are worst. Don't ever open the account in sharekhan. They are useless.

I have one of the worst experience with sherkhan. As mandated by my office rules I have to open my parents's trade account there. Even if they go to office personally and ask for help the associates don't reply properly and we can see them playing on mobile still they will say first call and then come here for help. If we say if you don't co-operate then we will prefer to close the account then response we got is go ahead and close the account,we don't care.

I have been investing through Sharekhan for 4 years.Had been exposed to SBIcap, IIFL and Zerodha as well. Sharekhans trading platform is very good. It is very clear with a lot of information at terminal to make it fast and more effective. It's usability is perhaps superior even to Zerodha. Quite personalized service. The charging is quite transparent. The charges are calibrated, and if you invest above 20L , the charges come down drastically. They send a lot of materials, but same information that all these brokers send are available at various sources now. I would be happy to continue with them, but if you purchase some scripts for 5L or more, the brokerage of even 0.1% makes a palpable difference. With this booking house, you can sleep comfortably at night, if you area serious investor. That I am clear about.

provided so many options but most of them doesn't work weather you see portfolio, or in-depth. Their charges are high and customer services are poor. Have to call up many times but never got a revert when i raised the high cost despite of having relation for almost 15 years and with good size portfolio and txns.
