Wealth First NSE SME IPO Review (Avoid)

[Dilip Davda]

As Mutual Fund distribution segment is controlled by SEBI with stricter norms and the stock market is in bad shape, one may give this issue a miss being aggressively priced.

Avoid and reasoning is at issue price of Rs 50 and EPS of Rs 4.3, its P/E Ratio works out to be 11.6. Also based on last 3 years average EPS of Rs 2.32, P/E Ratio works out to be 21.5. So company is asking the issue price of Rs 50 in the P/E ratio of 11.6 to 21.5. However compare this with it peers looks cheap Its peers like Dynamic Portfolio Management & Services Ltd P/E ratio is 622.5 (Highest) and VLS Finance is 19.97 (Lowest). therefore the issue price of Rs 50 is reasonably priced.

However this industry is highly competitive so nothing exciting in this company IPO. and most important if you look at revenue year on year it is declining so why invest in company where Its revenues are in declining mode. Also its margin is wafer thin It generates around 1%. With stiff competition many competitors no bearer to entry IMO we could give it miss given minimum investment of 1.5 lakhs and SME list drawbacks i am stay away from this SME IPO.
