I have my DMAT Account with Edelweiss Meerut. They charging extra brokerage amount from my account when i asked for sending my ledger details for the base amount on which brokerage are charging, they don't give the ledger details. Before one month they asked me to send Rs.10000 so that brokerage charges would be low. now I m asking for summary of my Rs 10000 but they are not providing..

I am Sarita Shukla. My trading account number is 80003962.
I have raised a request to close my demat and trading account on August 21st via account closure form. However your employees have not processed my request yet.
It's been over 20 days and I don't think account closure take such a long.

Kindly assist me getting this closed asap. Else I will have to take this matter to next level of escalation.

Both RM and executive have stopped picking my call Samarth Bhate and Rutuja Malvekar.

Dear sir
I am a edelweiss customer.Mr.Nashim(RM)28 Jun 2019 debited my account Rs- 15000 without my permission.i call & mail but till now not clear my debit amount. Mr.Nashim(RM) told me it's will be clear month of July.then again I call July but he told surely it will be month end of August but till now not clear and help desk can't be clear my problem

I have raised query for undelivered DIS book. There is no reply from help desk inspite if sending emails. For a simple POD ie; consignment no the customer care executives simply asked me to talk to my RM. They are not even responding to emails sent by RM.Pathetic service.totally disappointed.
