Archidply Industries Buyback vs VRL Logistics Buyback

The Buyback is being undertaken by the Company to:
i) Return surplus funds to its equity shareholders.
ii) Achieve optimal capital structure, and
iii) To help improve financial ratios like earnings per share and return on equity.

The Buyback will help the Company achieve the following objectives:
i) Optimize returns to shareholders;
ii) Enhance overall shareholders’ value; and
iii) Improve return on equity by reduction in the equity base.
