The Buyback is undertaken by the Company to:
i) Distribute surplus cash to the Equity shareholders.
ii) Improve financial ratios like earnings per share and return on equity, by reducing the equity base of the company.

The Buyback will help the Company achieve the following objectives:
i) Optimize returns to shareholders;
ii) Enhance overall shareholders’ value; and
iii) Improve return on equity by reduction in the equity base.
