Industrial and Prudential Investment Buyback vs VRL Logistics Buyback

The Buyback is undertaken by the Company after taking into account it's strategic and operational
cash needs to:
i) Return surplus funds to the equity shareholders.
ii) Service the Equity more efficiently.

The Buyback will help the Company achieve the following objectives:
i) Optimize returns to shareholders;
ii) Enhance overall shareholders’ value; and
iii) Improve return on equity by reduction in the equity base.
