Nava Bharat Ventures Buyback vs VRL Logistics Buyback

The Buyback is undertaken by the Company to:
(i) Optimize returns to shareholders.
(ii) Enhance overall shareholder's value.
(iii) Return surplus cash to the shareholders.
(iv) To improve return on equity.

The Buyback will help the Company achieve the following objectives:
i) Optimize returns to shareholders;
ii) Enhance overall shareholders’ value; and
iii) Improve return on equity by reduction in the equity base.
