Gujarat Apollo Industries Buyback vs Quick Heal Technologies Buyback

The Buy-back is being undertaken by the Company to:
i) Effectively utilize surplus cash;
ii) Reduce the fully paid-up, issued and outstanding number of equity shares and consequently increase earnings per share; and
iii) Improve financial ratios like return on net worth and return on capital employed.

The Buyback aims to :
i) Return surplus cash to the shareholders and enhance overall return to the shareholders.
ii) Improve Return on Equity and Earnings per share and thereby enhance shareholder value in the long term.
