Insecticides India Buyback vs Quick Heal Technologies Buyback

The Buy-back is being undertaken by the Company to:
i) Return surplus funds to the shareholders;
ii) Improve return on equity; and
iii) Improve earnings per share by reducing the equity base.

The Buyback aims to :
i) Return surplus cash to the shareholders and enhance overall return to the shareholders.
ii) Improve Return on Equity and Earnings per share and thereby enhance shareholder value in the long term.
