Gujarat Apollo Industries Buyback vs Suprajit Engineering Buyback

The Buy-back is being undertaken by the Company to:
i) Effectively utilize surplus cash;
ii) Reduce the fully paid-up, issued and outstanding number of equity shares and consequently increase earnings per share; and
iii) Improve financial ratios like return on net worth and return on capital employed.

The Buy-back is being undertaken by the Company to:
i) To return surplus funds to the Equity Shareholders; and
ii) To help improve financial ratios like earnings per share and return on equity, by reducing the equity base of the Company.
