Aarti Drugs Buyback vs NIIT Buyback

The Buyback aims to :
i) Service the equity more efficiently.
ii) Return surplus cash to the shareholders.
ii) Improve Return on Equity
iii) Improve earnings per share and thus increase the shareholder's value in the long-term.

The Buyback is being undertaken by the Company to:
i) To return surplus funds to the Equity Shareholders; and
ii) To help improve financial ratios like earnings per share and return on equity, by reducing the equity capital of the Company.
