The Buyback aims to :
i) Return surplus cash to its Shareholders.
ii) Reduce the outstanding number of equity shares and consequently increase earnings per share and book value per share.
iii) Improve key return ratios like return on equity capital.

The Buyback aims to:
i) Increase the earnings per share and enhance Return on equity and return on capital employed, Return on Net Worth, Return on assets, etc and long term increase in shareholders' value;
