Vinodji,it is better for intraday trading,if you are buying performing shares which gives the changes 50 to 100 Perday.

STAY AWAY FROM GEOJIT if you are a small investor or trader, you will be forced to trade for 75,000 per day else u would need to pay 20 Rs minimum brokerage, as per the indraday calculation for 10000 Rs transaction your brokerage is 10000*0.03/100=3, but you will be charged 20Rs as a brokerage, no one in geojit tells abt this minimum charge until you carefully go through your bill and find out. And during peak market hours you will not get the customer support help line.

Dear Sir
I am a new comer I would like to join the share market trading with an initial investment of rs. 50,000. I don't have any PAN or Demat account for the time being. What are the formalities for that and what are the things to do.
Hope your valuable advice in this matter. Appreciate your prompt resopnse in this regard, to be frank I have no idea about the on-line trading & share markets.

So I want to know how much charges u take for open an account and u give a savings account too?
and how much brokerage charges u take? and to open an account how much balance we need pay?

So please tell me all the basic details of opening an demat account and savings account and give me brief knowledge on trading too

Sir,
I would like to sell some of my shares and interested in purchasing some of the good one upon your able guidance. Presently I am working in Qatar and I am not in a position to contact your branch office in Karunagapalli until October this year. I already opened Pan card theough your branch office. Any other de-mat account I am not holding. there I request your valuable advice for my further proceedings please.
The following shares are holding physically:- HPCL, CPCL, Dabur, Reliance Capital, TPL, IDBI, Simplex Castings, Dujodwal products ltd, Usha International, AEC (I) ltd, Brilliant Indsustries. Novotex Fabrics ltd. Malayalam communications ltd and Havells India ltd.

AM using the Geojit for long and a satisfied customer. They have two platforms. Gold and Platinum. Gold is web based and free, and platinum needs to be installed to the computer. Platinum is free if u generate Rs.10000/- as brokerage within 365 days. Or u have to paid Rs. 4000/- upfront which will be released on generation of Rs. 10000/- brokerage. Gold and platinum are superb in their performance and with platinum, u are able to get the strongest and the best platform available now in India.
Their Brokerage is also the lowest. To say the least, their highest brokerage rate is lower than the lowest brokerage of others. I salute them...

can anyone tell me whether "after market orders" can be placed in geojit?i can place them in the night only as i am busy with my work during market hours.i want a demat account for wife.i use icicidirect.i know offmarket is possible in icicidirect,kotak,not in motilal,relaincemoney etc.users of respective ones do help,thanks
