Founded in 2011, Darshan Orna Limited is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) that manufactures and sells gold and silver jewelry and ornaments. The company deals in traditional, modern, and Indo-Western jewelry and ornaments. They also sell gold and silver jewelry with or without precious and semi-precious stones. The products include Chain, ring, earring, ear-chain, anklet, toe ring, bangle, necklace, and bracelet.
The Company intends to utilize the proceeds of the Issue, after deducting Issue related expenses (“Net Proceeds”) towards the following objects:
