Cool Caps Industries is a one-stop solution for beverage packaging. It is a subsidiary of Purv Group, the company manufactures caps, PET preforms, handles, and shrink films, along with recycling plastic bottles into high-quality RPET flakes. Soon, it also plan to expand into B2B bottle-to-bottle recycling with RPET granules.
With 6+ years of experience, we are known for quality and innovation. Our modern facilities use advanced machines like Sacmi, Milacron, Tomra, and BoroTech to ensure top industry standards. As per the official website, it process 1,500 MT of waste to produce 1,200 MT of RPET flakes.
The production capacity includes 4,000+ MT caps (expanding by 2,500+ MT), 4.5+ crore handles (growing to 7+ crore), and 60 lakh preforms (adding another 60 lakh). Every product is tested to ensure durability, functionality, and good design.
