IRB InvIT Fund IPO Latest News Today

IRB InvIT Fund is entering in the capital market with an initial public offering consist a fresh issue of up to Rs 4300 crore and an offer for sale of 34,761,770 equity shares. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 100 at lower level and Rs 102 at upper level.

IRB InvIT Fund which is sponsored by road developer IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd, is a registered infrastructure investment trust under the InvIT Regulations. They primarily intend to own, operate and maintain a portfolio of six toll - road assets in the Indian states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. These toll roads are operated and maintained pursuant to concessions granted by the NHAI.

The issue opens on May 03, 2017 and closes for subscription on May 05, 2017. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be list on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
