Incorporated in 1991, Cords Cable Industries Limited is in the business of providing cost-effective and quality solutions for various electrical connectivity requirements. Cords developed a wide range of specialised cables to address the specific requirements of industries involving modern process technologies, instrumentation and communication demanding the highest standards of precision and reliability and cables for house-hold users.
Cords Cable is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 35,00,000 Equity Shares, for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% Book Built Issue.
The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs. 125/- at lower level and Rs. 135/- at upper level for equity share of Rs. 10/-. The issue opens on Jan 21, 2008, and closes for subscription on Jan 24, 2008. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
