[Dilip Davda] The company is operating in a highly competitive and fragmented segment. Its boosted net profit for FY23 appears to be a window dressing to fetch fancy pricing of the IPO. Based on FY23 super earnings, the issue appears greedily priced. The small paid-up equity capital post-IPO indicates a longer gestation period for migrating to the mainboard. It is surprising to see that in spite of having Avoid for Kahan Packaging Limited,No buying advise IPO was subscribed record breaking multipals and got listed doubling its issue price. Just difficult to understand.
