[Dilip Davda] This company is in trading activities for raw milk, live chicken and agro products. It is marketing products in two states i.e. Maharashtra and Karnataka. Based on its FY22 consolidated earnings, the issue is aggressively priced even at par value. The segment is highly competitive and fragmented. Maintaining good margins going forward appears a remote possibility. Higher equity dilution also raises concerns.
