VeteranInvestor	Apply for Long Term at Upper Price Band PROS- “Company is Debt Free” – There were 3 to 4 bank loans in Draft Prospectus which they may have repaid before filing the Final Prospectus. “First Mover” – There is no listed peer with same or similar product. “Management Expansion” – The company is formed by taking over a Sole Proprietorship !! The 2 New Promoters are from Gujarat. CONS- “Low Profit in Dec 22” – Due to high inventory of raw materials. “Related Party Transactions” – RPTs are high but these are reducing in the current FY.
