All the Hindenburg Report did was make the fraud obvious. I would have gladly applied if the CMP was even 20% above the asking price. With the potential of back to back LCs, I'd rather put my money on the overall market which is dipping. Pfizer, Nestle, and LT are my alternatives to this FPO. Skipping completely.

3. Adani CFO comparing their growth with Tesla and Apple, a perfect joke. Tesla and Apple are invention and innovation driven company how he is is comparing his traditional business with invention and innovation based company? i could not understand. A complete avoid.

Adani Enterprises and other co-adani companies are currently trading at very high valuations. so I want to avoid irrespective of hindenburg allegations true or not. They are still commending the price with almost 73% promotor holding, almost 5% of LIC and few friendly intuitional investors that holds only Adani group companies. pure retail quota is just 3%. After this FPO it may goes to 4% only. Promotor holding will be reduces to 69%. so still floating benefit towards adani. Let's see.

FPO of Rs 20,000 cr out of which ~11,000cr for future projects, ~4000 cr to repay debt, ~5000cr for General corporate purposes.
When company already has huge debt, why it is allocating huge amount for general corporate purposes? 🤔
