Necessity of the buyback

The Buyback aims to :
i) Distribute surplus funds to shareholders and thereby enhance their overall return.
ii) Improve financial ratios like Earnings per share (EPS), Return on assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE).

The Buyback aims to:
