Surprisingly, Anil Singhvi of Zee Business, on TCS Buyback ki Pathshaala, last week, said that retail category will be decided by dividing 200000/- by the buyback price of 4500/-, meaning thereby, that an investor holding more than 44 (200000 divided by 4500) shares will not be treated as a Retail investor. I am sure
he was wrong. Retail category will be decided by dividing 200000/- by the closing price of TCS on the record date. Any comments, anyone?
