The company's electric vehicle segment is under the brand name "Joy E-Bikes" and the electronic appliances are under the brand name "Vyom". Wardwizard is the first-ever BSE-listed company in the EV segment.
Joy E-Bikes is one of the leading brands in the electric vehicle segment of 2 Wheelers with 9 different models varying from low-speed scooters to high-speed bikes. The company is contemplating reducing its concentration in Vyom products and has accordingly reduced focus in this segment. Vyom Products are proposed to be sold by the Promoter, Wardwizard Solutions India Private Limited.
The company's manufacturing plants can produce more than 4 lakhs units per year in full capacity in 3 shifts. The company has more than 2000+ dealership/distributors touchpoints across Pan India.
