Lloyds Engineering Works has its workshop located at Murbad Dist Thane approximately 100 km away from the Head office in Mumbai. The company has four workshops named A, B, C & D. All these workshops are adjacent plots and have a specific area of work assigned to each of the workshops.
These workshops employ heavy machinery such as Hydraulic Plate Bending Machine Make Boldirini, which has a capacity of up to 100 Thk x 2500 mm width cold bending, 3 roll Pinch cum Pyramid type, PSI / HY 3500; Horizontal Boring machine Skoda make WD 250; Milling machine, TOS make X-axis travel 1400 mm; Horizontal Boring machine Kolb Make HB 125; Vertical turret lathe, Schiess make Single column type; Horizontal Boring machine Russian make HB 90 - Spindle dia 90 mm; Plano Millar Machine Ingersoll - Rand make; Hydraulic press 2 Nos of Hydraulic press with a 1000 MT and 2000 MT capacity; NC Tube bending machine For 1D pipe dia bending with a diameter of tube up to 110 mm; Submerged Arc welding unit trolley type with power pack HC 10-3 sets, 1000 Amps; Submerged Arc welding unit with column and boom - 1 No, 1000 Amps; and Stress relieving furnace - LDO fired, with 8 channel thermocouples 6 meter x 6 meters x 14 meters long with a max job capacity 40 MT.
The company is accredited with ISO 9001:2015 certification by SGS, UK. It is also approved/enlisted by international consultants like Thyssenkrupp, Tecnimont, Aker Kvaerner, Jacobs, EIL, UHDE, PESO, IBR, LINDE, PDIL, TOYO, Technip, MECON, MN Dastur, SMS Group, etc.
