Emerald Leisures Limited, formerly known as The Apte Amalgamation Limited, was incorporated in March 1933 and offers premium lifestyle club services with sports, leisure and dining facilities in Mumbai under the club name "Club Emerald".
The club is a modern facility with an advanced design and a new indoor sports complex that meets international standards. It is located in Chembur, a key emerging area in Mumbai. The company offers club members various sports facilities such as badminton, table tennis, squash, snooker/billiards and other indoor and outdoor games along with additional access and benefits related to a gym, library, spa and beauty salon, multi-cuisine restaurants and bar, swimming pool and well-designed rooms on a fee basis.
As of March 31, 2024, the company had 672 club members. Emerald Leisures has 78 partnerships with other clubs and resorts (as at March 31, 2024).
As at March 31, 2024, Emerald Leisures had 34 permanent employees and 24 contract employees/staff.
The Company intends to utilize the proceeds raised through the Issue towards funding the following objects:
