Objects of the Issue:

The company intend to utilise the gross proceeds raised through the Issue (the “Issue Proceeds”) after deducting the Issue-related expenses (“Net Proceeds”) for the following Objects:

1. Part repayment/ Pre-payment of certain secured loans availed from lenders (as on June 30, 2025);
2. Funding the expenditure towards renovation, including replacement/repairing of Industrial Shed’s Wall, Flooring & Roof Sheeting, Repair, Restoration and Strengthening of the entire Structure of the existing factory located at Murbad, Thane, Maharashtra, along with interior work of factory office and new corporate office
3. Augment the existing and incremental working capital requirement of our Company;
4. Purchase of new Corporate Office for the company in Andheri, Mumbai;
5. Upgradation of existing machinery and purchase of new machinery at the existing factory located at Murbad, Thane, Maharashtra; and
6. General corporate purposes.
