The allotment of Inox Wind Rights Issue is expected to happen on or about August 21, 2025 as per the issue schedule.

The credit of Inox Wind Rights Issue in Demat account is expected on or about August 22, 2025 as per the issue schedule.

Objects of the Issue:

The Company proposes to utilize the Net Proceeds towards funding the following objects:

1. Repayment / redemption of 0.01% non-convertible, non-cumulative, participating, redeemable preference shares (“NCPRPS”) issued to the Promoter
2. Prepayment and/ or repayment, in full or in part, of certain borrowings availed by the Company
3. Investment in Inox Renewable Solutions Limited (formerly Resco Global Wind Services Private Limited), one of the material subsidiary (“IRSL”), for repayment/pre-payment, in full or in part, of certain borrowings availed by IRSL
4. General corporate purposes.
