Published by : The Manila Times on MSNSSPN Finance Ltd is entering in the capital markets (through BSE SME) with an initial public offering, IPO of 750,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating Rs. 1.5 Crore. The price for the issue has been fixed at Rs 20 per share.
SSPN Finance is a financial services company offers corporate and financial advisory services which includes Project Advisory, Loan Syndication, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. The Corporate Advisory services clients ranging from medium-sized corporates, SMEs and family managed businesses.
The issue opens on Mar 10, 2015 and closes for subscription on Mar 12, 2015. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of BSE.
The SSPN Finance IPO is proposed to open on March 10, 2015. The IPO application ends on March 12, 2015.
Retail investors can apply in the retail or non-institutional investor category from March 10, 2015 to March 12, 2015. The SSPN Finance IPO can be applied online through Net Bank (ASBA method) or the stock broker (UPI method).
