Incorporated in 2002, Refex Refrigerants Limited is an ISO 9001 Company engaged in the business of refilling non ozone depleting refrigerant gases popularly known as ‘HydrofluoroCarbons' or ‘HFCs, which are used in Auto air conditioners, Room air conditioners, refrigerators and refrigerating equipments. Refex is a licensed refiller, authorised by the Department of Explosives (Government of India).
Refex Refrigerants Limited is entering the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 38,00,000 Equity Shares, for cash, at a premium to be decided through a Fixed Price Issue.
The price for the issue has been fixed at Rs 65/- for equity share of Rs 10. The issue opens on July 23, 2007, and closes for subscription on July 26, 2007. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
