Kumar Infraprojects Limited is a leading civil engineering and infrastructure development Company with a primary focus on development of roads, flyovers, bridges, railway over bridges, irrigation projects, commercial and residential buildings, railway buildings, sports complexes, airport runways.
J. Kumar Infraprojects Limited is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering, IPO of 65,00,000 Equity Shares, for cash, at a premium to be decided through a 100% Book Built Issue.
