ADCC Infocad Limited is entering in the capital markets (through BSE SME) with an initial public offering, IPO of 120,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each aggregating Rs. 9.60 Crore. The price for the issue has been fixed at Rs 40 per share.

Meghe Group is engaged in the fields of Basic and Professional Education, Banking, Infrastructure, Information Technology, Textile, Power, Media & Entertainment and is head quartered in Nagpur, State of Maharashtra, India.
The issue opens on Sep 30, 2014 and closes for subscription on Oct 08, 2014. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the SME Platform of BSE.
The ADCC Infocad IPO is proposed to open on September 30, 2014. The IPO application ends on October 8, 2014.
