The company also offers online trading services. It has a client base of over 6 lacs customers. The company has a dedicated sales team of over 900 individuals in more than 18 cities. It also markets non-discretionary wealth management products through its subsidiaries.

The NCDs proposed to be issued under this Issue have been rated CARE AA; Stable (pronounced as Double A; Outlook: Stable), for an amount of Rs 30,000 million by CARE Ratings Limited vide their letter no. CARE/HO/RL/2018-19/4260 dated December 28, 2018. Further, they have been rated BWR AA+ (pronounced as BWR Double A Plus) (Outlook: Stable), for an amount of Rs 30,000 million by Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited vide their letter no. BWR/NCD/HO/ERC/RB/0615/2018-19 dated January 4, 2019 and instruments with this rating are considered to have high degree of safety regarding timely servicing of financial obligations and carry very low credit risk.
Indiabulls Ventures Limited is the promoter of the company.
The Company proposes to utilise the funds which are being raised through the Tranche II Issue, after deducting the Tranche II Issue related expenses to the extent payable by the Company ("Net Proceeds"), towards funding the following objects (collectively referred to herein as the "Objects"):
1. For the purpose of onward lending, financing, and for repayment of interest and principal of existing borrowings
of the Company; and
2. General corporate purposes.
