IFL Finance Ltd. Moves Ahead with IPO Plans, files DRHP

IFL Finance Ltd. has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on Jul 22, 2026 for its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company plans to offer 3.85 crore shares to the public through the IPO.

IPO Issue Reservation

According to the DRHP, the issue comprises Not more than 50% of the Offer for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), Not less than 15% of the Offer for Non-Institutional Investors and Not less than 35% of the Offer for Retail Individual Bidders.

Incorporated in September 2015, IFL Finance Limited is a non-deposit taking, non-banking financial company (NBFC-ICC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), primarily engaged in providing secured retail loans with a strong focus on gold loans. The company also offers home loans and loans against property (LAP), catering to the financing needs of individuals, self-employed professionals, small business owners, traders, and borrowers in the informal sector. Following its transition from a housing finance company to an NBFC-ICC in 2025, the company strategically shifted its focus towards expanding its gold loan portfolio.

Financial Performance Highlights:

IFL Finance Ltd.’s total income grew by 20%, reached ₹85.70 crore in Mar 31, 2026, compared to ₹71.37 crore in Mar 31, 2025.

Profit after tax jumped 19% to ₹21.63 crore, compared to ₹18.13 crore.
