Hey Ratnam,
Did you applied 9 lot in single application (single PAN)?
In case of oversubscription max one lot is alloted to one application.
There is no point in applying multiple lot from single PAN.
Make multiple accounts for your family members that will increase chances of allotment.

Hello dear friends, just to give my perspective (I have recently started so pardon my naiveness)
I applied for 2 lots of Capacite (registrar - Karvy) .. got allotment for 2
I applied for 2 Lots of Prataap Snacks (registrar - Karvy) - Got zero allotment..

Not sure if this means anything..
