NCD Subscription

Refers to the level of demand for an NCD issue, indicating how many times the offered NCDs have been applied for by investors during the subscription period.

NCD Subscription refers to the level of investor demand for a Non-Convertible Debenture issue, indicating how many times the offered NCDs have been applied for during the subscription window, which typically remains open for 10 working days.

The issue can be closed earlier or extended based on decisions by the issuer’s board or committee, with public notice.

If the subscription falls below 75% of the base issue size, the issue is cancelled, and application funds are refunded. An oversubscription indicates high demand, and issuers may retain the excess through a green shoe option, subject to SEBI norms.

Investors can track live subscription status on BSE, NSE, or Chittorgarh.com (NCD Subscription Status), and are allowed to modify or withdraw bids within the specified timelines.

Allotment follows a date-priority, first-come-first-served basis via the exchange’s electronic system.
