IPO Bid

Bid represents the price at which someone is willing to buy shares in IPO.

A bid is the price at which an investor is willing to buy the shares in an IPO. Apply in IPO can be either Fixed Price or Book Built. In Fixed Price Issue, investors need to pay a price fixed by the company. In Book Built issues, the company gives a price range. Investors bid within the price range and the final price is determined after the completion of bidding process.
