IPO issue size refers to the total amount of money a company aims to raise from the public during its Initial Public Offering (IPO).

It includes:

1. Fresh Issue – New shares issued to raise funds for business purposes (e.g., expansion, debt repayment).
2. Offer for Sale (OFS) – Existing shareholders (like promoters or investors) selling their shares. The company doesn't receive money from this portion.
