No, IPO price and IPO listing price are two different prices.

The IPO price is the offer price at which the shares are offered to the public in an IPO. The listing price is the opening price of the shares when it gets listed on the stock exchange.

The listing price can be below, above, or the same as the cut-off/offer price based on the demand and supply of the shares on the day of its listing at stock exchanges.

If the demand for the shares is more than its supply, the listing price is generally higher than the offer price and is said to be a premium listing. However, if the demand for the shares is lower than its supply, the listing price is lesser than the offer price, and the listing is said to be a discount listing.
