  • Cancellation of bid by retail investor while IPO is open for subscription.
  • Non-Allotment.
  • Non-receipt of listing and trading permission.
  • Non-receipt of minimum subscription.
  • Minimum number of allottees is less than 1,000 in an issue.
  • Failure to allot 75% of QIB under QIB route method.
