How to open Zerodha coin account online?

You need to open Zerodha trading and Demat account to access Zerodha Coin account.

Zerodha Coin Online Account Opening Process:

1. Visit the Zerodha website and sign-up with your mobile number.
2. Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your mobile number and click on Confirm.
3. Verify your email id by entering 6-digit OTP received on your email id.
4. Enter your PAN No. and Date of Birth. Click on accept and continue.
5. Pay the account opening fees.
6. Sign in to your Digilocker account and allow Zerodha to access your Aadhar details.
7. Enter your bank account details and background information.
8. Read all the instructions and tick all the checkboxes and continue.
9. Complete the online In-Person verification (IPV).
10. Upload PAN, Aadhar card, cancelled cheque, signature photo proof, and Income proof (required only for derivatives trading)
11. Complete E-sign with Aadhar.
12. Enter your security code to verify your Email ID.
13. Review the account opening form and click on Sign Now.
14. Enter your Aadhar No. and the OTP and click on Submit to complete the online account opening process.

You will get an email confirmation once the account gets opened. It takes about 24 hours for Zerodha Coin to get activated on your profile post the Zerodha account gets opened.
