How to close sharekhan demat account online?

Sharekhan Demat account cannot be closed online or by email or by online chat. You need to submit or courier the signed account closure form to initiate the account closure process at Sharekhan.

Steps to close Sharekhan Demat Account

1. Download the account closure form or procure it from your relationship manager or from the nearest branch.
2. Fill the closure form with the required personal information viz. Name, Trading, and Demat details.
3. Mention the reason for the closure.
4. Sign it and attach any unused DIS slips with it.
5. Courier the form to the address mentioned in the closure form.

Before submitting the account closure form, ensure that:

• There is no negative balance in your account.
• Clear all holdings from your account.
• Close all open F&O positions.
