How to close IIFL securities account?

IIFL Securities offers an easy account closure facility where a customer can download an account closure form, print it, fill it, sign it and send it to the broker for closing the account. Note that you cannot close your account online, by phone, or by email.

Steps to close IIFL securities account:

1. Visit the IIFL Securities website.
2. Go to the 'Download Forms' option at the footer of the website.
3. Download the Account Closure Request Form
4. Fill in information like client ID, DP ID, name, and the reason for closing the account and sign the form.
5. Courier/submit the form to the nearest branch or the address mentioned in the closure form.

Please note:

• Clear all your pending dues as the company may reject the account closure request.
• Transfer any securities held in the IIFL Demat to another Demat account or sell it.
• Submit the unused DIS (delivery instruction slip) to the DP.
